General
These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted to Marcus Larsson’s online store on www.marcuslarsson.com (in the following referred to as the “online store”), covering all purchase agreements that a consumer enters into online with Narvavägen Studios AB, hereinafter referred to as “Marcus Larsson”. We encourage you to read these terms and conditions in their entirety before submitting an order. These terms and conditions may be updated and vary from time to time, which is why we ask you to read the terms and conditions previous to every order you place in the online store. You can find the last date for modification at the bottom of this page.
A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as your order has been confirmed by us and an order confirmation has been sent from Marcus Larsson to the e-mail address you submitted. If an product happens to run out of stock before the status has been correctly updated on the online store, Marcus Larsson will notify you of this by e-mail. We may then suggest an alternative item, or cancel the order in question and refund your purchase. If incorrect price information has been shown on the online store you will be given the opportunity to either purchase the item at the correct price, or cancel the order. Marcus Larsson reserves the right to decline or rescind a purchase agreement if fraud or other actions similar to fraud, such as unlawful use of another person’s credit card, are suspected.
To place an order in the online store you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship. Marcus Larsson presumes that minors who carry out purchases on www.marcuslarsson.com submit truthful information of their age and/or possess the necessary consent from their custodian to purchase the item(s). If not, the buyer may become liable for the possible costs an invalid agreement may involve.
Prices
Occasionally there may be information in the online store that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the online store is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
The prices in our online store are total prices (including VAT) and include shipping. For orders outside the European Union, customs duties or other taxes and fees may apply.
Discounted products are available as long as they do not run out of stock. Vouchers or discount codes are only valid once per person and purchase and only within the stated period of time, and may not be combined or transferred to another purchase, nor credited to a new item due to an exchange.
Payments
Payment can be carried out by credit or debit cards, Klarna Invoice or Apple and is handled by our partner STRIPE. To ensure fast and secure payment, you will be logged on to STRIPE secure servers, where you enter your card number. To begin with, the money for your payment will be set aside, and then on the date of delivery, it will be transferred from STRIPE to Narvavägen Studios AB. All transactions are encrypted by PCI-DSS (Payment card Industry Security Standard) and are completely safe. For maximum security we also use 3DSecure. Marcus Larsson reserves the right to check the cardholder’s address, the card’s validity, and that your account has the capacity to be charged with the full amount. Marcus Larsson reserves the right to decline a purchase.
When an order is placed using the invoice method, Klarna may conduct with a credit check. Your invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you submitted. To learn more about Klarna, view http://www.klarna.com
Order confirmation
Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Make sure that your order is correct. If you have any concerns feel free to contact our customer service: studio@marcuslarsson.com
Delivery
Marcus Larsson accepts and processes the purchase orders in the same succession that they are submitted to the online store. The time of delivery is the day that the item is available for collection. Normally, the delivery time within the EU is 3-6 business days (Mon-Fri) after Marcus Larsson has accepted and confirmed your order.
Delay
Should your order be delayed you will receive a message of this, including a new suggested time of delivery, at the latest within 30 days after you submitted your order. You may cancel the order if you do not accept the new suggested time of delivery. If your order has been delayed, and the new suggested time of delivery has been accepted but the order has not yet been delivered within 15 working days after the new estimated time of delivery, you may always cancel the order by notifying our customer services team. If such a delay should occur, whereby you choose to cancel the order, we will repay the prepaid amount to you. If the order has already been dispatched you will have to return the ordered items in order to receive repayment. We will pay the cost of the return.
Transport
All dispatched items are insured by Marcus Larsson. Should you discover any damage to the package prior to opening it please report this to Marcus Larsson Customer care at studio@marcuslarsson.com and the postal agent where you collected the package, as soon as possible. Items that are damaged during transportation are replaced by Marcus Larsson free of charge.
Claim
The warranty covers goods that are faulty according to applicable consumer protection legislation. If you wish to make a warranty based return, fill in the back of the paper that you receive with your delivery and put it in the return parcel. Complaints made within two months after your discover the defect are always considered to have been reported in good time. When we received the goods, and the claim has been approved, we will send your new product. If the product is out of stock, we refund you spent money for the goods including the original cost of shipment.
Force majeure
During force majeure the obligations of Marcus Larsson are postponed and we have the right to terminate the agreement without any obligation to pay damages in such cases. Force majeure means circumstances beyond our control, including war, strikes, illness of personnel, transportation disruptions, import / export bans, whether this occurs in the company or of its suppliers.
