Refund policy

You have the right to a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in new condition and returned undamaged. We cover all shipping costs, so returns are completely free of charge.

All our parcels include a return form. Simply fill in your details on the form and place it back inside the same paper tube your order arrived in. Make sure the package is securely sealed to prevent any damage during transit back to our studio. Attach the prepaid DHL shipping label to the parcel and drop it off at your local DHL Service Point.

If you return your item, your refund will be processed within 1-5 days of receiving the goods. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you selected at the time of purchase.
